Where's my order?
I get this question occasionally, Where is my order?
Each jewelry design can take 2-7 business days to make and ship.

So, why does it take that long?

The reason is the beautiful process known as "handmade." BAD BAD doesn't mass produce product. Instead, each item is hand-stamped with individual letters in the home jewelry studio of Sarah Foster, the owner and designer. All items are made to order, which means the time frame includes ordering materials (if they're not in my studio inventory), sorting materials and chains for each order, hammering out and assembling each piece, packing and then shipping. Most of the time it's just one or two of us working in the studio. We hope that explains the turn-around time more clearly.

When your jewelry order is made, you will receive an automated email that contains a USPS tracking number. Then you can expect your handmade item to arrive within 2-5 business days from receiving that email.
